I have poison ivy on my arm, and a sticker (at least thats what we called them as kids) stuck in my finger, and I can't get it out!!!!

I HATE! stickers! I remember getting them all over my shoelaces as a kid. Have you soaked it to try and get it out?
And I'm really sorry about your dad. I can't imagine losing a parent. :(
