Update on the PIECE OF SHIT that beat my cousin

Hi everyone.

I saw my cousin at Thanksgiving. She looked beautiful. She's very lucky. You'd never know that someone almost killed her with a hammer to the eye a few months back. Her surgeons were incredible. You cant even see any scars.

Now, with regard to the pussy that hit her. The trial starts December 5th. Yes, that's good, but I'm really pissed off....THE MAXIMUM SENTENCE HE CAN BE GIVEN IS 8 YEARS. Minimum 5. 8 YEARS FOR NEARLY KILLING SOMEONE AND BEATING THEM TO WITHIN AN INCH OF THEIR LIVES. Where is the fucking justice in that , especially when the person is a repeat offender - his criminal past would easily use up an entire ream of paper if it were to be printed out. Jackass.

If he is found guilty - which I am hopeful for (this is a jury trial), the judge will hear victim impact statements. Yes, I'm getting my pen ready. That judge will know every sordid detail of what this mother fucker has done to our family. No matter what sentence he receives, he wont be able to get out of jail not one day before which is great. Knowing him, with his lifetime pattern of violence against both men and women, he'll get himself into even more trouble when he's in there and spend even more time being someone's bitch. And I'll be smiling the entire time....
