Crappy ass week and a stupid bitch
Hey all.
Wow, what a week. Is it Friday yet? I'm talking about work of course. Yesterday felt like Monday. Everything went wrong - I knew it was gonna be "wanna those days" when I turned on my computer, and my MS Office wouldn't work . For heavens sakes. Then I'm on hold with the PC peeps for 20 minutes, and when they finally connect me, I'm watching some dipshit click his way around my desktop for another 30 minutes - I knew the entire time what he was doing was pointless (pretty sad when the accountant knows more than the PC dude)...nevertheless, I sat there with my 1970's phone hurting my ear and watched. It was painful. Of course, he couldnt fix it (did you see that coming?) - and someone had to call me back. Ugh. The PC gremlins were out. The gal next to me (a good friend) ran into another problem, and lost a days work because of it - kinda funny though, after it was fixed 8 hours later, we found out it all started because a certain "someone" was in the Access tables and they shouldnt have been, and they fucked up the database! UGH!!! Then our cubemate discovered he couldnt use a program - the main one he needs for his job - but, are you ready for this? IT'S DOS BASED. Yes, DOS. Will someone please tell me what year it is? I think I'm confused!
So today, I decided it would be a better day. Well, at 130 that went out the window when some CUNT from another site called in bitching about someone I had done...and so on and so forth. It was ugly. Well, turns out - the bitch was WRONG!!! She must be smoking crack!!!! I printed off all the evidence, gave it to my lead, and told her that lady needs to shut the fuck up, and I dont know what she's talking about. Turns out, this gal doesnt know what the word "work" means, and never has - she's more interested in using work as a dating service! So, that was all well enough, I had the backup to shut her up - or so I thought - my boss called her to explain what was going on and tell her nicely that she was mistaken, and she kept going on and on!!! ABOUT ME! AND I AM RIGHT!!!! She completely doesnt understand....and doesnt want to! She kept cursing, and saying she was going to go straight to the top - KNOCK YOURSELF OUT YOU NITWIT, make yourself look like a dumbass in front of senior management - because that's what's going on!!! I'm just so livid because she's saying shit to other people that I did something wrong - WHEN I DIDNT! It's right there in black and white in FRONT OF HER BRAINLESS ASS!!! Shut the fuck up you stupid slut! Its pretty sad when I've worked there for 6 months and know more than someone tha'ts been there for years and years...It took everything I had not to call her and demand an apology - and tell her to be more professional and stop running her mouth about me and something she doesnt understand! HOwever, I knew it would be pointless - because she is obviously unreasonable in addition to being a moron. And, I know that the proof is on the papers I provided, so I have nothing to worry about. But really! Why would she (or anyone else) think its OK to accuse someone of making a mistake!!! Even after we showed you the backup!!!! OMG, I'm getting all pissy all over again. That bitch better not relocate to my site. The only saving grace would be its easy to avoid someone in a building of thousands.
Ugh. Speaking of brainless, time to go watch Americas Next Top Model. What an unimpressive selection of chics this time. I think they're scraping the bottom of the barrel. And I'm so glad I'm not 20 again. What a nightmare. Did I act like that when I was that age? I sure hope not! Ugh!
