UGH! Holiday Woes!
Hey pals....I wanted to post something to let ya'll know I am having computer problems...The days of this piece of shit, medieval PC are numbered, and I need a new one...so I will be a bit scarce until I win the lottery or score a new PC for christmas (yeah right). Thankfully I have a computer nerd living under my roof, and he was able to make a copy of my har drive (praise the lord), so all is not lost! Had I lost my data, I would have proceeded to jump off the nearest bridge.
The holidays really do stink. Not only did this happen to me right before xmas, when I am fresh out of loot (regardless, I never would have had the money for this even if it werent xmas), but the general stress of it all is driving me to head out drinking in an hour. Once again, for some ungodly reason, the in-laws (my sisters may I add)...are in town for the holidays..STRIKE 1...even though they have a hotel room in town, apparently my house is "the place" to hang out..STRIKE 2...and they also are trying to get all of us to be together and do family stuff during every waking hour for 4 straight days..STRIKE 3. Add to that the fact that I havent even wrapped that 1st present, and that I couldnt even find one gift I was looking for (boo hiss), throw in the rest of my "to-do" list which includes making home-made address labels for my mommy, mailing out some Ebanned packages, making a video and photo set, working out (hey, I really need to try and keep up with all the damned xmas cookies I've stuffed in my piehole this week) and I'm a walking ball of anxiety!
Where is the nearest bottle of vodka?
